Peppermint makes a great massage oil mixer as well as a refreshing bath oil. Always dilute peppermint and other essential oils in a carrier such as jojoba oil.

However, although Peppermint is now one of the most widely recognized flavors in the world, commercial cultivation of Peppermint only began in the late 18th century.
