A pale blue liquid that turns yellowish over time, with a warm, sweet, fruity-herbaceous scent. It blends well with bergamot, clary sage, oakmoss, jasmine, labdanum, neroli, rose, geranium, and lavender. Chamomile's nature is to help us let go of expectations and calmly acknowledge our own limitations.

History: Roman chamomile was used as an offering to the sun god in ancient Egypt. They also used it to treat fevers. The Romans also used the plant as medicine and incense. During the Middle Ages in Europe, roman chamomile was strewn about in spaces to create a pleasant scent for ceremonies and gatherings. Chamomile flowers were once added to beer as a bittering agent, but were eventually replaced by hops.
