This is hand-picked Siberian Motherwort, also known as Marihuanilla (unfortunate name).  We've removed all the stems, and ensured that only the most aromatic part of the plant is left for those working with this ancient herbal incense.  This herbal incense is actually smoked in various parts of Mexico, and Siberian Motherwort is often used in herbal smoking blends as a main ingredient.  Our Siberian Motherwort is a high-altitude variety.  Why is this relevant?  Higher altitudes promote the production of a heartier plant.

There is often a lot of confusion with this particular herbal product; some call it Klip Dagga, but Klip Dagga is very much its own plant.  Others call it "Chinese Mugwort" as well, but that is also a different strain.  Siberian Motherwort is of the Leonurus family and its exact Latin name is "Leonurus sibiricus." Chinese Mugwort, with its long history of use in Chinese Medicine, is also of the Leonurus family, but it is its own distinct herb.
